Target Group : 1.Co-operative Development Officers 2. General Managers who work at Co-operative Societies and Personnel/ Human Resource Managers, Secretaries, Managers, Public Relations Officers and other officers relevant to the human resource management. 3. Senior Managers relevant to Human Resource Management in other Co-operative Societies registered at Department of Co-operative Development, Managers, Assistant Managers and other officers relevant to the human resource management.
