Welcome to National Institute of Co-Operative Development
This course has been designed with the aim of developing knowledge, skills, attitudes and practices of officers who work at the chief executive, the middle executive and the executive levels of Sri Lankan Co-operative entrepreneurship to direct their organizations to suit to a highly fluctuating environments when their co-operative societies and organizations are managed and decisions relevant to it are made.
Target Group : 1.Co-operative Development Officers who are engaged in duties of Provincial Departments of Co-operative Development 2.The officers who have fulfilled basic qualifications and who work at the chief executive, the middle level executive and the executive levels of Co-operative societies.
