The purpose of this program is to provide guidelines and knowledge for the officers who are engaged in micro finance activities that fulfill rural loan requirements for low income receivers of Sri Lanka, so as to carry out such activities efficiently and productively is an essential factor. This course has been designed with this requirement being considered and with the target of the timely requirement of creating a human resource having knowledge, experience and skills.
