Welcome to National Institute of Co-Operative Development
The Diploma in Public Procurement and Contract Administration (DIPPCA) is one of NICD flagship programmes for staff-grade officers in cooperative and public service. This provides participants with expert knowledge on a few selected modules that are must learn subjects for cooperative and public servants engaged in public procurement. The course consists of 15 modules, including 03 non-credit modules.
