This course has been designed with the aim of developing Knowledge, skills and attitudes of officers, executive officers and middle level management of the Department of Co-operative Development and officers who are engaged in banking activities of Co-operative societies. Accordingly, this course aims to provide a foundation necessary to develop professional skills of officers who work at Rural Banks, SANASA Banks and other Co-operative Banking Societies, and officers of other financial institutes.
