Internal Quality Assurance Centre (IQAC)

The Internal Quality Assurance Centre of the National Institute of Co-operative Development was established in June 2026. Quality assurance in education aims to systematically monitor and evaluate institutional processes to maintain high standards, ensure equitable learning, and drive continuous improvement. The objectives of the Internal Quality Assurance Centre of the NICD have been identified as follows, in line with the policy framework. 

 

To develop a quality assurance management system in NICD to improve the performance of the academic division and other supportive divisions. 

 

To implement quality assurance standards and procedures for academic and supportive staff at NICD.

 

To maintain quality and standards in the teaching, learning, and assessment of trainees/students. 

 

To minimize the time and financial resources wasted on rework and corrections. 

 

To build trust and confidence among stakeholders of NICD by consistently delivering usable and high-quality programs.
