This program is organized by the Education & Development Division of the National Institute of Cooperative Development (NICD), in consultation with Dr. Shantha Jayarathna, Advisor for Cooperative Development, Ministry of Trade, Commerce, Food Security and Cooperative Development. The program brings together key stakeholders in the cooperative sector, including the Commissioner of Cooperative Development, Assistant Commissioners, Cooperative Development Officers, as well as the Chairmen, General Managers, and Secretaries of Dairy Cooperative Societies and Unions from across the island.
