The diploma and certificate ceremony awarded by the National Institute of Cooperative Development was held today (28) at the Polgolla Mahinda Rajapaksa Auditorium under the chairmanship of Central Province Chief Secretary Mr. Ajith Premasinghe and the Secretary of the Ministry of Trade, Commerce and Food Security Mr. A. M. P. Athapatthu. Here, representing all the provinces of Sri Lanka, certificates were given to 773 people who successfully completed the diploma and certificate courses.
